SERELISA® PRV gI Ab Mono Blocking

The SERELISA^® PRV gI Ab Mono Blocking enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is designed to detect anti-envelope glycoprotein (gI) antibodies of pseudorabies virus (PRV) associated with Aujeszky’s disease in swine. Positive serum or plasma samples correspond to either infected pigs or pigs vaccinated with a PRV vaccine (gI+) while negative samples correspond to noninfected pigs, possibly vaccinated with a deleted PRV vaccine (gI-).
